Spanish Oaks Golf Course
This private 6,930-yard golf course is by far one of the best golf courses in the entire Lone Star State. Golf Digest has given it top honors, and the beautiful scenery alone is reason enough to visit. The course was designed by the famous Bobby Weed, and it is exclusive to residents. The U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service recognized the construction of the golf course for its minimal impact on the surrounding ecosystems by awarding it the first "no-impact" title in the Lakeway area. The rolling hills around the golf course offer spectacular vistas, and the countless trees that surround the property offer unmatched landscaping. The 18-hole course features a par of 72 and multiple opportunities for beverages and refreshments before, during and after game play. Several designated practice areas make it easy to brush up on putting, driving and short games. The Hills of Lakeway
Members of The Hills of Lakeway gain access to two separate courses at both the The Hills Country Club and Lakeway Country Club. Both clubs feature two courses each. The Hills courses – The Hills and Flintrock Falls -- are championship courses designed by the famous Jack Nicklaus. These award winning courses are private to members and are also the site of the Academy of Golf. Here, players can improve their drive and swing with target greens that were specially designed for game improvement. At Lakeway, there are two 18-hole courses -- Live Oak and Yaupon. Each has its own designations, although Live Oak is well-known for hole number three, which is known by the locals as “Jaws.” This hole gets its name from the ravine that has trapped many drives that have failed to reach the green. All four courses are open for tournament play.

Falconhead Golf Club
Falconhead Golf Club is a stately golf club just outside of Lakeway. The course is more than just a place to play golf, but rather an homage to the land and beauty that surrounds it. Falconhead retains many of the original trees prior to development, and the course was designed to complement its natural creeks and ponds. Designed by PGA professionals, Falconhead is intended to challenge professionals and amateurs alike. It features gentle slopes, beautiful landscaping and more than four hours of play.
